Get over $25 worth of stuff and your order ships for FREE! Period. End of story. Need it faster? We have some shipping options so your order will be delivered in the necessary time frame:
  • Standard shipping is our slowest shipping method and will arrive 1-5 business days after it has been shipped out. If your order total is over $25 Standard shipping service is provided free of charge (standard rates apply for Alaska and Hawaii).
  • Expedited shipping will arrive in 1-3 business days.
  • Two-Day shipping is guaranteed to arrive within two business days. Your order will be shipped via FedEx 2Day.
  • One-Day shipping is guaranteed to arrive in one business day. Your order will be shipped FedEx Standard Overnight.

  • Delivery times are subject to change. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 1 pm EST, including 2nd Day and Next Day shipments, may not be shipped until the following business day.

    Most of our inventory is stocked and shipped from our stores in Morgantown, WV. In some instances to serve you better, we will drop-ship items directly to you from the manufacturer.

    All of our packages are shipped via FedEx or the USPS.

    * Free shipping is valid in the contiguous US only (excludes Hawaii & Alaska). Please select the "Free Standard Shipping" option during checkout in order to receive free shipping. If you choose another shipping option, additional charges will apply. Applies for standard shipments only. Faster shipping is available at an additional cost. No adjustments on previous purchases. Not valid on international shipments. Some larger items are excluded from the free shipping program.

    Returns & Replacements


    Our merchandise return policy is:
    Returned products must be in the same condition as when the product was originally purchased/received. Returns will be refunded for the full price of the item excluding returns of items that were not as described/damaged. If the item is defective or damaged upon receipt the buyer must notify us within 14 days of the receipt and make return arrangements. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the day of receipt. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original packing slip and sent via a traceable source. Any returns that have obvious signs of use will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

    Our textbooks return policy is:
    Textbooks may be returned within 7 days of purchase or the first week of the semester for which they were purchased. All refunds must be accompanied by original receipt. If shrink wrapped, book and wrapping must be intact. All supplements (cd's, access codes, etc.) need to be in their original, sealed packaging. All refunds are issued in the same manner in which they were paid. Purchases paid by check will receive store credit redeemable in 14 days from date of purchase. Any qualifying return purchased new and not returned in new selling condition will be refunded at the used price.

    Our E-book return policy
    We understand that you may want to return a digital book for a refund because of various reasons. Because there is no physical product, digital books may not be returned to the us once the title has been activated. This means refunds are not available for activated digital books. Please contact us if you need assistance with any technical difficulties related to your digital book order. We will replace the digital book file if you encounter problems during the download.
